Lancome Artliners = My new love!

Sorry I haven't posted in a while, I've been packing and getting ready to move back home (Arizona). Once we get back I'll be posting a lot more since I have a lot of new products to review.

I know I posted about the Lancome Artliners in a previous post but I got a new color (Action) and I am still in love so I thought I would post about how much I love them. First of all, they do not budge AT ALL which is pretty hard to find in a eyeliner, I tried Make Up Forever's black waterproof eyeliner and it ended up all over my eye, it was horrible. Secondly, I love how easy it is to apply it, I know everyone says it gets easy to apply liquid eyeliner after a lot of practice but I have been using it for 3 years now and it is still a pain to put on. But with the Lancome Artliners the tip of the applicator is flexible and its so easy to just "draw" on your eyeliner, its like using a felt tip marker.

Action, Prune, Star-Studded

I'm wearing Prune on the top and Action on the bottom lash.

Embracing my lip color

Here is my lipstick collection, I recently had a big sale on LJ and sold a lot of them but I took this before I sent them out, I'm trying to go for more color now and less nude since it just doesn't work for me.

I have gotten so sick of having to put myth under every single lipstick and gloss I put on. I have pretty pigmented lips and whenever I put on any kind of color it turns out to be darker and redder because of my natural lip color. Well I finally decided to stop fighting it and to start embracing my natural lip color. I have found that if I want a certain lip color I need to go a shade or two lighter to achieve the perfect color. One of my new favorites is Mac's Dazzleglass in Love Alert, its sheer enough that it doesn't make me look like a clown but has enough color to enhance my natural color. I also like Hollywood Nights but it is more of a dramatic night time lip.

Anyone know of any other good lip products for pigmented lips, I'm loving the dark pinks/corals right now:)

My Top Ten Products:)

My Top Ten Favorite Products I'm Using Right Now:

1. Mac's Petting Pink Tinted Lip Conditioner~ My FAVORITE lip product, it gets my lips feeling smooth while added a pretty pink color, if they ever discontinued this I would buy a million backups.

2. Dermalogica Overnight Clearing Gel~ Clears my skin overnight, evens my skin tone without drying out my skin, what else could a girl ask for?

3. Mac Myth Lipstick~ I have pretty pigmented lips so in order to wear pretty much any lip color I have to use this as a base, I go through these like crazy!

4. Cargo Bronzer in Medium~ I have a bad habit of hitting the pan on items and then never using them again, I've had this for 3 years but only used it for one so I'm pulling it back out and falling in love with it all over again. I've tried millions of other bronzers but this one is the perfect golden bronze that works the amazingly well with my NC30 skin.

5. Lancome Artliners in Star Studded and Prune~ I got these both for $9.99 each at TJ MAXX and they are worth every penny. Star Studded is a gorgeous golden brown color that I use for my everyday look and then Prune is a dark purple that looks almost black.

6. L'Oreal Voluminous Mascara~ Mac mascaras irritate my eyes so I stick with drugstore mascaras because I feel they work just as well if not better. This is my favorite day mascara and Max Factor 2000 calories waterproof is my favorite night out mascara.

7. L’Oreal Sublime Bronze Dual Action Instant Bronzer and Self-Tanning Lotion~ Ever since I stopped tanning I've needed the perfect facial tanner and this is it. It doesn't last very long, at the most 2-3 days but I use it every other day.

8. Mac's Mineralize Skinfinish Natural~ I have to mix these two together because Medium is too light but Medium Plus is too dark. When I'm having a good skin day (which has been every day since using the Dermalogica Clearing Gel) I just use a little concealer under this and my skin looks amazing. When I have a bad skin day I use Studio Fix fluid or Powder, I love them both!

9. ELF's Kabuki Face Brush~ This is the one from the new Studio line, I've heard bad things about the other one so I recommend buying this one. I bought all of the brushes from the Studio line during their 75% off sale and I am so pleased! I love the kabuki, the powder, and blush brush the most. This is seriously the softest Kabuki I've used way softer than the Mac one that almost hurts to use.

10. Blunt, Chopper, and Twice Baked from the Urban Decay Skull Palette~ The bottom three colors are my new love, they create the perfect day look. Usually I hate Urban Decay eye shadows because of how glittery they are (like Midnight Cowboy Rides again, total glitter overload) but these ones don't have that much glitter so their safe to use during the day.

So those are my top ten products I'm loving at the moment, they seem to change daily so I'll update this list maybe next week. What are your guys favorite products right now? I'm always wanting to try new things:)

I went dark

I went brown again! I love it but I think I might go a little darker since I'm sure this color will fade soon. My next post I'm going to do is my top ten favorite products, I'm working on it right now so it will be up soon! Thank you guys for following I love you all! And let me know if you have a blog, I love reading them.

What hair color do you love the most?

I'm at the point now where I absolutely hate my hair color, it was my natural color with blond highlights but now I just think it looks horrible. I decided its time for a change, so I started thinking of what would be the best color for me, I'm no stranger when it comes to changing my hair color every season. Here are some of the many hair colors I've had, any help on which one looks best would be greatly appreciated.

(Sorry for the completely random pictures, they were all I could find)

Dermalogica Haul

I recently bought a few Dermalogica skincare items from Makeup.com. I'm going to do a video review on them after a few days of trying them out. Dermalogica has become my favorite skincare brand because of their Overnight Clearing Gel. This stuff is AMAZING! I'm embarrassed to say, I bought two of their skin care sets last year only after finding out that Audrina from the Hills and Beyonce used Dermalogica. I tried the Overnight Clearing Gel after having a pretty bad breakout and my skin was noticeably clearer after two days. I love this stuff so much I've already bought a backup for a hefty price of $44 for a 1.5 oz bottle. So I decided if the Overnight Clearing Gel worked so well the rest of the line has to also, at least I'm hoping so. I'll try these new products out and do a review on their products since I seem to have pretty much their whole line of skincare from all the trial kits. Anyone else tried the Overnight Clearing Gel? I'd love to know if it works out as well for other people as it did for me.

Search for the perfect blush

So I am currently on the search for the perfect everyday blush. I have been using Mac's Spaced Out and LOVED it, its been fun but the more pan I hit, the more bored with it I get. Here are the Mac blushes I have so far:

Left to Right: Lilicent Blushcreme, Melba, Fun & Games, Feur Power

Sincere, Shy Beauty, Spaced Out, Light Over Dark

W/O Flash~

W/ Flash~

My dear Spaced Out~

I've noticed that Everday Minerals makes a blush similar to Spaced Out called Summer Stroll, its more pink then coral but in the container it looks orange. I love this color but I absolutely hate loose powder, I'm a pretty messy person when it comes to loose powder, it gets everywhere! Here's a comparison of Spaced Out vs. Summer Stroll

And here's me trying out Feur Power, you really have to have a light hand to wear this blush.
